We pride ourselves on being a friendly village club that doesn't take ourselves too seriously and likes to have a bit of a social every now and then. The types of events we have held in the past have included, BBQs, quiz nights, meals out, ten pin bowling, skittles and even a murder mystery steam train ride!
We also get together for a weekend away twice a year at The Manor House Hotel in Okehampton which has brilliant sports and leisure facilities and particularly good indoor tennis courts, so the weather doesn't matter! At around £130/140 per person for 2 nights dinner, bed and breakfast, it is great value, as this also includes many of the activities on offer. There is a huge range of activities, definitely something for everyone and all are welcome plus friends and family. You can come down and join in the group activities or just go off and do any of the individual ones as it suits you. There are also several swimming pools and a number of beauty therapists offering a big selection of different treatments. Our next trip to Okehampton is from 1 December and we have a large group of us going.

The Annual Jumble Sale is held in Cleeve Village Hall and is an important fund raiser for the Club.
All offers of Jumble and/or help on the day are much appreciated.
Or you can bake a cake or offer a raffle prize.
In addition several members go along to Salsa classes at Claverham Village Hall - Thursdays 8.15 - 10pm.
